The Great North Run returns on 13 September 2026 and Adoption Matters is thrilled to have three amazing runners representing our children’s charity.
Making up Team Adoption Matters this year are David, Dan and Tine, two of whom are adopters themselves, and they will be tackling the half marathon route whilst repping Adoption Matters colours.
We couldn’t be more grateful to David, Dan and Tine for choosing to take on this challenge to help us support even more children and families.
With government funding cuts prevalent in the adoption sector, voluntary adoption agencies are relying more and more on this type of event to bridge the funding gaps.
